- Discounts to selective institutions (40%) - Education institutes, research centers, small-and-medium sized enterprises (SMEs), government agencies, media etc
- Term-based contract discounts
- Discounts available according to service period: Long-term contracts and Term-based contracts are subject to multiple discount benefits
- 10% (over 1 year), 15% (over 3 years), 20% (over 5 years) -> Term-based contract discounts: Clients entering into a service contract for a predetermined period of time are eligible for a Term-based contract discount.

- Multi-line discounts: Clients using more than 2 lines are eligible for an additional 10% discount.

Basic support services
- Registration of domain name
- New registrations: We register domain names for free for a commission from the KRNIC.
- To make changes: Clients can log on to the KRNIC website (Domain.nic.or.kr) to change domain names.
- Assignment of an IP Address
For a request of more than one C Class IP address, or for other requests, the Client must submit the network configuration.
